COUNSELING

Catholic Charities has a commitment to the whole person. This includes Licensed Mental Health Counselors who provide a variety of counseling services to families, couples and individuals. Although we counsel active duty personnel and their families, each of our counselors are certified in the care of Veterans who may have Post Traumatic Stress from their time at war. Please pick up the phone and call the office nearest you to schedule a screening appointment. Our agency offers a few slots for a sliding fee scale for services according to income, family size, and the ability to pay. We can also file claims with some insurance companies providing mental health coverage.

FOOD PANTRY

The Catholic Charities Food Pantry has been serving Okaloosa and parts of Walton and Santa Rosa Counties for the past ten (10) years. The Food Pantry is sustained both by local donors, the bay Area Food bank and the Florida USDA and is currently distributing approximately 18,000 pounds of food each month and over 250,000 pounds of food annually. Catholic Charities is passionate about being the hands and feet of Jesus to those in need in our community.
