Lead Agency for Santa Rosa County Choose Life Funds

Catholic Charities was named the lead agency for Santa Rosa County’s Choose Life funds making them the stewards of funds provided by local community members participating in Choose Life License Plate Program (www.choose-life.org).
It is our hope to unite efforts in Santa Rosa County by decreasing duplicative services and working together towards creating hope. If your agency meets the below criteria, you are eligible to participate as a qualified Choose Life agency.
Qualified Agency Criteria
Must not discriminate for any reason, including, but not limited to, race, marital status, gender, religion, national origin, handicap or age.
Non-governmental; non-for-profit agency located in Santa Rosa County.
Counsels pregnant women who are committed to placing their children for adoption.
Must NOT be involved or associated with any abortion activities, including counseling for or referrals to abortion clinics, providing medical abortion-related procedures, or pro-abortion advertising.
My agency does not charge women for any pregnancy related services received.
Must agree to comply with the provision of Florida Statute subsections 320.08062 and 320.08058(29).
