Immigration Approval Notices

We have been getting Approval Notices pretty quickly. Examples are: One client became a U.S. citizen within 4 monthes, one client has petitioned for his wife and daughter, and both applications were approved within two monthes.
A family of four was approved for asylum since 7/19/1995. Their attorney advised them to wait till it is the right time before they could apply for adjustment of status. They have been eligible for it since 7/19/1996, but he would only assist them with renewing their work authorization. Their employer finally encouraged them to go to Catholic Charities for service and took them to our office one walk-in day. We discussed about their option and they decided to pursue adjustment of status. Both parents are now approved and have their Permanent Resident Cards and two adult children’s applications are pending name and fingerprint clearance.
