Neubauer, Margaret
Mrs. Neubauer serves on the Bay County Economic Development Alliance, Bay Arts Alliance, Finance Chairman for St. Dominic Catholic Church and Chair for Catholic Charities in Panama City. She has a Bachelor of Arts in Criminology and Psychology. She is a licensed real estate broker and has earned the Certified Relocation professional designation from the Employee Relocation Council for her work with relocating families. Margaret has served on and chaired a variety of community boards and organizations.
Carter, Jane
Ms. Carter is the Director of Volunteers at St. Peter Catholic Church in Navarre, Fl., Treasurer of the Curia for the Legion of Mary, President of the Board of Directors of Catholic Charities in Ft. Walton Beach, Fl., and serves as Recorder for the Parish Council at St. peter as well as several other ministries. She has a Bachelors of Arts degree in Business and Human Resources and attended the Masters program in Audiology at the University of Alabama. She retired in 2004, after serving 16 years of being involved in the field of nephrology in the capacity of management/clinical of kidney dialysis clinics in Alabama, Texas and Georgia.
Remke, Andy
Mr. Remke joined the Diocese of Catholic Charities Board in mid 2007 and is the current Chairperson for the Finance and Audit Committees. He retired in 2000 from Baptist Healthcare, having served 13 years as their Senior Vice President and CFO. He returned to the workforce joining Landrum Companies, a HR outsourcing company, as Vice President and CFO. He received his Bachelor of Arts and his Master’s in Accounting. He is active on the Board of Directors for Covenant Hospice, WSRE Public TV, YMCA of Greater Pensacola and Alzheimer’s Family Services. He is a member of the Cathedral of the Sacred Heart and also frequently attends services at St. Thomas More.
Knee, Dale
Mr. Knee is President and CEO of Covenant hospice. He has been a healthcare administrator for over 36 years. He has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Hospital Administration and a Masters in Health Services Administration and is a Doctoral Candidate in Health Care Administration. He has served as president and CEO for Covenant hospice since 1993, and is also one of the managing partners of the Studor Covenant Alliance, LLC. He has been an Adjunct in the
School of Public Healthcare Administration and Policy and an Adjunct in the School of Public Health for the University of West Florida since 1994, and is a founding member of the UWF Center for Aging Studies.
Emmanuel, Robert
As a lawyer with certification in construction law, Mr. Emmanuel serves on the Construction Law Committee and Forum on the Construction Industry of the American Bar Association and the Florida Construction Law Certification Committee. He received his B.A. from the University of Notre Dame and his law degree from Duke University. He serves as counsel to the Catholic Diocese of Pensacola-Tallahassee and to Catholic Charities of Northwest Florida and is a member of the National Diocesan Attorneys Association. He also serves as volunteer legal counsel to Rebuild Northwest Florida an organization established to help the community to recover after Hurricane Ivan. He is a member of the Board of Directors and its Executive committee of Sacred Heart health System. He is also a Shareholder in the law firm of Emmanuel, Sheppard & Condon and a member of St. Michael’s Parish in Pensacola.

Keefe, Larry
Like many in the Destin/Fort Walton Beach community, Larry came to the Emerald Coast with his military family in the late 1960’s. Larry’s father retired from the United States Air Force (WWII fighter pilot) and planted roots here in the local community in 1968. Larry attended local public schools and went to the University of Florida on an athletic scholarship (football). He graduated with honors from the UF School of Law. After beginning his legal career in Tampa, he returned “home” to Fort Walton Beach in 1991. His current law practice, Keefe, Anchors, Gordon and Moyle, P.A., focuses on business and commercial litigation, insurance claim and coverage litigation, real estate, condominium/homeowner’s association litigation, construction and employment law litigation. Larry, his wife, Lynn, and their four sons live in Shalimar.
Maceluch, John
John Maceluch, Jr serves is the bureau chief for the Tallahassee office of the Statewide Prosecutor for the state of Florida. He attends St Thomas More Co-cathedral and serves as a lector. John holds positions on several community boards and is active with pro bono work in the legal community. He is a graduate of Florida State University & Loyola University School of Law.
Sauline III, Albert
Mr. Sauline has a Law Degree from The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law, and a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Political Science with minors in Criminal Justice and Sociology. He was on the Dean’s Honor List for 12 of his 13 full-time quarters/semesters. He has handled worker’s compensation defense cases and prosecuted a variety of juvenile and adult misdemeanor and felony crimes. He has served both on the Board and as volunteer for numerous church and other organizations. He is licensed to practice in the jurisdictions of Florida, Ohio, and Washington D.C.
Guidry, Mike
Mr. Guidry is an I&M Support Specialist at AT&T and a lifelong Catholic and an active member of Nativity of Our Lord Catholic Church for the last 29 years. Served five years as Director of Religious Education (1984-1989), six years serving as Head of Shut-in Ministry (1984-1990) and from 1990 to present serving on the altar as Liturgical Assistant. Member of Deacon Formation from 1993-1999, receiving Liturgical Installations for Lector and Alcoyte. Accepted Candidacy and Call to orders for the Diaconate from Bishop Keith Symons. Member of Catholic Charities Board of Directors from 2003 to present. Board member for the Damien House Foundation of Chicago, IL from 2000 to present, whose goals are to help patients of Hansen’s Disease (leprosy) particularly in Guayaquil, Ecuador.
Bunker, Candace
Ms. Bunker is currently employed at Citizens Property Insurance Corp. as a Legislative Affairs Coordinator. She has spent the last 5 years very involved at her parish St. Thomas More in Tallahassee as a Catechist and RCIA member and sponsor. She is deeply involved with the state’s legislative process over the last 15 years and is a strong advocate for social justice.
Schlenker, Patrick
Mr. Schlenker has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Economics and holds a Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) in Finance. He has worked in healthcare for over 46 years and is currently President and Chief Executive Officer of Northwest Florida Community Hospital in Chipley, FL. He has served in various administrative positions to include Vice President of Finance, Vice President of Support and Clinical Services, and Senior Vice President/Chief Operating Officer of the 500 bed Sacred Heart Hospital in Pensacola, FL. He and his wife are members of St. Rose of Lima Catholic Church in Milton, FL.
Borish, Ilona
Ms. Borsih has her Bachelor of Arts Degree in Accounting and received her Master’s Degree in Accounting Information Systems from The University of West Florida. She is a member of both The Florida and American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, member of Our Lady of Assumption, Finance Council, as well as both offices and past offices, with many other organizations. She currently serves as an instructor for the FICPA/AICPA. Teaching various courses throughout the year.
